Sales Training


Selling EB5 across China means that I need to train Chinese salespeople across China. I found that most sales training presentations were not interactive or engaging for salespeople. I created with Moodle training software, the same software used by thousands of universities around the world, to engage Chinese sales staff in our investment product training. The results were remarkable. During presentations salespeople were asking more questions and paying more attention. After the presentations, they were each given individual login credentials to go and take quizzes on the investment products. I set the configurations so that salespeople could go back and get higher scores each time they took the quiz. Salespeople were racing each other to see who could finish the quizzes fastest and then going back to see who could get a perfect score first. Sales managers were also happy to get a scorecard of their staff grades after the training as well.
